Foodpro™ B is a high functionality animal protein. It improves water retention capacity, increases cooking yields, improves juiciness of the final product, provides meat texture, and reduces exudation during storage. The proteins are made from 100% beef raw material.
It is ideal for using in fresh, cooked, cured, stuffed, restructured meat products in general.
Add with hydration water to the meat and mix until complete homogenization.
After that, add the other ingredients, leaving fat for the end.
