Bcaa, also call Branched Chain Amino Acid, AMINO ACID BLEND. Branched amino acids are three common amino acids in proteins, namely leucine, valine and isoleucine, which are collectively known as branched amino acids (BCAA), so they can also be called complex branched amino acids.
Branched amino acids are neutral amino acids containing branched aliphatic hydrocarbon chains on alpha-carbon. Branched chain amino acids include L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine. They're all amino acids. The three common amino acids in proteins, leucine, valine and isoleucine, are collectively branched-chain amino acids (BCAA).
