Mix the powdered mushroom material with an appropriate solvent, such as water, ethanol, or a combination of both. The extraction process can be carried out by various methods, including impregnation, percolation or hot water extraction. This solvent helps dissolve and extract bioactive compounds from mushroom materials.

Process Flow (Steps 1 - 4)

Raw material pretreatment
Select high-quality mushrooms as extraction raw materials, clean and wash them to remove surface dirt, debris and other impurities.

Grinding and powdering
Use a grinding machine or grinding equipment to grind the mushrooms into fine powder to increase the surface area of the mushroom material and facilitate the extraction of the desired compounds.

Ultrasonic extraction
Mix the powdered mushroom material with an appropriate solvent in a certain proportion and put it into the ultrasonic extraction tank. Turn on the ultrasonic generation system and carry out ultrasonic extraction according to the pre-set process parameters (such as ultrasonic power, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio, etc.).

Extraction solution treatment
After the extraction is completed, the extraction liquid is separated from the mushroom residue through the extraction liquid slag-liquid separation system. The separated extract is filtered to remove impurities and fine particles, and a pure extract is obtained.

Concentration
The filtered extract is subjected to concentration treatment to increase the concentration of the required compounds. Solvents can be removed and active ingredients concentrated by techniques such as evaporation or vacuum distillation.

Purification
Depending on the extraction method and the required purity, further purification steps such as precipitation, chromatography or membrane filtration are adopted to separate and purify specific compounds.

Drying
The concentrated and purified extracts are dried to remove any remaining moisture. Spray drying, freeze-drying or vacuum drying methods can be adopted to make the extract reach an appropriate moisture content, which is convenient for storage and subsequent processing.
